At Inflatable Waterslides For Sale, we want to ensure that your inflatable rental or purchase is delivered promptly and safely. Please review our delivery policy below for details on how we handle delivery.
1. Delivery for Inflatables Rentals
- Delivery Area: We deliver inflatables to locations within the USA. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of our standard delivery area. If your event is outside our typical service region, please contact us for a custom quote.
- Delivery and Setup:
- All inflatable rentals include free delivery, setup, and takedown within the specified delivery area.
- Our professional team will arrive at your event location at the scheduled time to set up the inflatable safely and securely. We’ll also take care of the takedown once your event is over.
- Setup typically takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on the type of inflatable. We recommend having the setup area ready before our team arrives to ensure a smooth process.
- Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your inflatable rental 1-2 hours before your event to ensure everything is set up in time. If you need a specific delivery window, please let us know when making the booking, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- Customer Responsibilities:
- Please ensure the setup area is clear of debris and obstacles.
- We need access to a standard 110V electrical outlet (for blowers). If no outlet is available, you will need to provide a generator (we can assist in renting one if needed).
2. Delivery for Inflatable Purchases
- Shipping: For purchased inflatables, we offer nationwide shipping. Shipping costs vary based on the size, weight, and destination of the inflatable.
- Please note that shipping fees are calculated at checkout or can be provided in advance for large orders or distant locations.
- Delivery times for in-stock inflatables typically range from 3-7 business days. For custom or larger units, delivery may take longer—please inquire for exact timelines.
- Delivery Confirmation: Once your inflatable purchase has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the delivery status. If there are any issues or delays, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.
3. Delivery Charges
- Inflatable Rentals: Delivery charges are typically included in the price for rentals within our service area. For locations outside of the standard delivery zone, a fee based on distance may apply. We’ll provide an exact delivery charge when booking your rental.
- Inflatable Purchases: Shipping fees for purchased inflatables will be calculated at checkout or can be requested prior to placing an order. Delivery charges depend on the size, weight, and shipping location.
4. Scheduling Delivery
- Delivery Scheduling: Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll schedule a delivery time based on your event date and your preferred delivery window. We ask that you provide us with at least 2-3 days’ notice for delivery scheduling.
- If you’re purchasing an inflatable, we’ll notify you once your order is ready for shipment, and you’ll be given an estimated delivery date.
5. Delays or Issues with Delivery
- We take great care to ensure your inflatable is delivered on time. However, in rare cases, weather, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
- If your delivery is delayed or if there are any issues with your order, we will contact you immediately to update you and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
- In the event that your inflatable is damaged during delivery or if we’ve sent the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or fix the issue at no extra cost to you.
- We request that you inspect your inflatable immediately upon delivery to ensure everything is in proper condition.
7. Cancellation or Rescheduling of Delivery
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your inflatable rental delivery, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. A cancellation or rescheduling fee may apply for late changes.
- For inflatable purchases, once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or rescheduled. If you need to make changes to your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible before shipping.
